If i'm working in AE6 and i wanted to import an premier pro project with the clips and beat markers on the timeline how would i do that. For some reason i go to -import-premier project and it says it's an invalid format?? What am i doing wrong?

This is a querk in Adobe's installation program. Most likely, you installed After Effects before you installed Premiere.
Apparently, when AE is installed, it looks to see if PPro is installed also. If it is, it installs the conversion filter for PPro files, if not, it skips this step. Why-oh-why I don't know.
I had the exact same problem. The short story - you need to uninstall AE and re-install it. If you have lots of plugins, back em' up.
Pain in the a$$, but this is what I had to resort to. Worked fine since then.
Good luck.

So all I have to do is uninstall AE6 and reinstall it, and when done, it will read that i have premier pro?
