I am getting a Panasonic Ag-DV2500 deck which can handle both MiniDV and large DV tapes.

I am thinking about using Panasonic DVM63PQ MiniDV tapes and DV276MQ large DV tapes.

Will the two different size tapes have the same lubricants or will they gum up the works?
