I am asking this question since there are different reviews state differently;
In the user manual there is no such statement whether pdx10 or trv950 is optical or electrical...

Most importantly, after I have been using it for couple of days, I can tell it's electrical, not optical...any accurate info?

It is optical. You can perform a search to find discussion on this topic.

Of course the optical stabilization is controlled electronically. So it would be correct to say it is both optical and electronic.

From the PDX10 description on the Sony web site:

Optical Super SteadyShot™ Function
The DSR-PDX10P employs the Super SteadyShot system in which the horizontal and vertical movements during camera work are detected independently by the sensors. The active lens adjusts and optically compensates for unsteadiness, while maintaining image quality
