Anyone know of software that plays back video streams at selected frame rates, such as 18 and 24 fps? I'd use this for viewing telecine'd footage without stretching it to 30 fps in premiere.

Rob Lohman April 25th, 2004, 07:34 AM I think Zoom Player (http://www.inmatrix.com/) and VirtualDub (www.virtualdub.org) can do it, not sure if it is frame accurate though.
