I'd be interested in seeing some rate cards, just to get an idea what folks are charging clients for things like:

Planning & Concept development
Scripting
Video and Audio acquisition (location)
Video and Audio acquisition (studio)
Travel & Mileage
Tape logging
Editing & Post prodution
Duplication services

Other?

A lot of this is driven by your location and more importantly your experience and skill level.
