Have tried to load images into editor but says cannot be processed, have tried the jpegs, and raw, neither works, saved both as tiff. changed the preferences to rgb adobe and montor profile, as the tutorial on Canon indicated, can't figure it out, doesn't have a help, anyone have an idea

I've had no problem opening Large RAW files from the Picture Style Editor (PSE). I haven't tried any other sizes or formats.

my computer is up to date, reinstalled program, installed the canon codec off canons site, still says can't process, like the program is missing something when installed, will keep looking for answer
