I have upgraded my MacBook Pro to FCS 3 with no apparent problems. I backed everything up beforehand, and just installed over the existing FCS 2.

Before I do the same to my main Mac Pro system, I'm just wondering if anyone has had any issues, especially with existing projects? I'm always working on something and will have to upgrade during a project or 3 regardless, unless there is some major problem.
