Ok, so I need to put a video online in very high quality and will be using vimeo. BUT, what should I render my m2t files too, before I upload them?

Now when you go to File, then properties, what settings do you have set? What is pixel format: 8bit, is this what I should be using? Motion Blur type: Gaussian? When I look at deinterlace method, for online videos I should use Interpole fields, but what is blend fields then? is this used for TV?
