3 D tourism films in the ART&TUR Festival as a world premiere

Art is the sublime in our lives. Tourism is a response to our dreams towards the sublime. And the audiovisual media is a good tool to put together these two drivers of the sublime world: Art and Tourism. A tourist film made by an exceptional artist is always a piece of art and a very good promotional tool.

This year, the ART&TUR Festival will be a splendid moment to enjoy the media art of tourism promotion, but also to surprise oneself with the richness of folk art and culture of many different people representing different countries.

But the tradition and the innovation can coexist: the ART&TUR Festival will show as a world premiere one exhibition of tourism films in 3 Dimensions (an innovation field that, in Portugal, has been developed by the enthusiasm of Marco Neiva, who are producing very interesting 3D promotional films).

If this bet succeeds, the ART&TUR Festival will create a competitive section for films in 3-D (stereoscopic) next year. So, if you are an innovator filmmaker working with 3D technology, please accept our challenge: send your film to ART&TUR right now! And you are welcome too!
