Geetu's story: climate change in Bangladesh on Vimeo (http://vimeo.com/5027546) the next of my climate change films for Oxfam.

The opening of this one is my personal favourite. As with the others this is all shot on a 5DmkII, Zeiss and Nikon lenses, Genus Mattebox and Redrock gear. All done pre the manual firmware upgrade. The interview was done in no light but could have been better, focus was tricky, would be easier now with new firmware.

Very nice as usual. Shooting from boats had to make this challenging.

I think there is something about the 5Dii that people overlook and I think it is one of its most important qualities. It picks up such a nice subtlety of color that few video cameras have achieved except for a few of the Sony CMOS models. It also does this in low light conditions that would completely defeat other cameras. How nice it is to be able to finally record the beauty in colorful scenery with such a modest machine.
