Hi everybody,
New for this Forum. Just got a CineForm Neo.
Everything looks pretty good so far.
But when I try to export old AVCHD project
either Premiere CS4.1 or AME CS4.i crash depend on settings.
I run PPRo CS 4.1 on Vista 64 Core i7 920 12Gb RAM ASUS EN9800GT
5 HDD setup. The project is 11 min AVCHD 1080i 29,97 timeline
with some uncompressed clips from ProShow Producer 3.5.
There is Fast Color Correction filter applyed.
Re install Premiere several times make no difference.
Thanks for any help
Alex

Alex- just to be clear:
you are trying to export a CS4 AVCHD sequence to Cineform HD.avi?

Robert,
Yes, I need this as a master for a future.
At the time I didn't have CineForm and I don't
want uncompressed. Looks like ProShow Producer
files are the problem.
Thanks
Alex

O.K.,
Again, Vista 64 , Corei7 920, 12Gb RAM, PPRo CS4.1, CineForm Neo1.3
This is my first experience with NEW 12 min project so far:
-no problems to convert 720p AVCHD PH (HMC 150)to CF AVI,
-nice looking preview on 24' Dell throug Matrox mxo2,
-of course no reatime preview after Fast Color Corr. apply
-can't stop play clip with applyed effect on timeline untill the end of the clip
-trying render project returns "Error compiling movie. Unknown error."
-after trying export as Microsoft AVI/CineForm HD Codec works only
figured out I can't export files bigger than 2Gb ,
-export as CineForm AVI I-Frame crash AME 4.1.
Any help?
Thanks in advance
Alex

Talk to support, Matrox and CineForm. Seems you are running Matrox editing mode, so the playback issue might be a bug report for them (although I don't see that here.) 1.3 is not enough version information, there have been six releases under 1.3, i.e. 1.3.0 trough 1.3.5. Get the latest and report to support.

Hi David,
Thanks for update I have to try v.1.3.5 before any move.
What about 2Gb limit?
I didn't find any clear answer on this through the Forum.
Thanks

That is an Adobe bug/limitation I don't know why it is still there after all these years. Once you use the later version you can use the CineForm export module for longer than 2GB exports.

Well, before go to the supportI decide to re-install
Windows and PPRo CS4.1. So I did the clean installation
Windows Vista 64 without deactivation CineForm.
Now on top of everything I got activation problem.
The System code has changed so I can't
activate CineForm with old activation key.
What is the procedure now?
Thanks
