Dear Friends,
As many of you are aware, we stopping shipping of all nanoFlashes once we uncovered a problem with our firmware. This problem was uncovered by our internal testing program.
On Wednesday night, we found and fixed the problem. But we needed to be certain.
We started thorough testing to ensure that the problem was fixed.
We used five nanoFlashes, recording at 35 Mbps with two 32 GB cards in each nanoFlash. We recorded over 1,180 minutes of video, using the five nanoFlashes.
We examined each file to ensure that none were corrupted.
All of our testing has shown that our fix was successful.
So, we are resuming shipments of the nanoFlash today.
During this delay, we continued to build nanoFlashes.
At this time, I do not know how many nanoFlashes we will be able to ship today.
Also, we will be posting this firmware update for the nanoFlash on our website as soon as possible.
