Hey guys, I'm Sam Johnson from Columbus, Ohio. I've been a follower of dvinfo for some time but didn't get around to posting here. I'm 19 years old, just out of high school going to college next year. I have been a video enthusiast since 10 years old after putting together a montage of my sister horse back riding to "Don't Drink The Water" by DMB in Windows Movie Maker. I have made some progress since then, now owning my own small business making corporate videos for multiple clients. It's more of a hobby than profession; I'm going to school for engineering, but want to stick with video as much as I can (at my school, weddings, other corporate clients.) I have my own equipment, including a Sony HDR-FX7, libec tripod, sennheiser lav mics, and other fun stuff. I use Final Cut Studio as well as After Effects and Illustrator. I am self taught, so any kind of advice from a forum like this or anything else I try to soak in as much as possible.
