It is a GE Showbiz Quartzline Halogen bulb. 500W 120V 3150K balanced.

Unfortunately, GE doesn't make this bulb anymore, and I can't find a bulb to match it.

This light is very important to my shoot, and I'm on a time crunch. Please help me. Thank you.

Here you go... you might want to get a couple of extras... look at the bottom of the
page and you will see that the bulb was made by three different MFGs... so you might
look for those part numbers too...
