Judging from some recent clips posted to Vimeo by Paulo Teixeira, the recording rate in 720p30 MJPEG mode appears to be ~30 Mbps. So a MJPEG clip has a maximum time of ~533 seconds or ~8 minutes 53 seconds. Recording in AVCHD mode, recording stops when the memory card is full.
