I'm looking for some recommendations on a high quality, live switcher for two SONY HDW-730S video cameras.
Ideally, I'm looking for something that has on-board monitoring of the video sources and HD-SDI inputs and outputs. Although I'm also open to other alternatives as well...
Thanks!

One of my clients is very happy with the Panasonic HS400 switcher (http://catalog2.panasonic.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ModelDetail?displayTab=O&storeId=11201&catalogId=13051&itemId=204663&catGroupId=14632&surfModel=AV-HS400N). I'll see it in action next week. It's basically an HD-SDI switcher, with optional modules for several other formats.
No built-in monitoring... but it does composite multiple sources to a single large monitor, using splitscreen/PiP.

Greg: have you looked at the Sony ANYCAST system?

This might be a nice option:
Datavideo Technologies Co. SE-1000 6 Channel HD/SD Mixer / Switcher (http://www.datavideo.info/en/products/se1000.shtm)

Thanks very much for all the suggestions! I have looked at the SONY device (and love it), but will also look into these others as well...
Much appreciated!
