Greetings!
I know it's probably something simple, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to make footage shot 24p and edited in a 24p timeline/project look like it was shot @ 15fps. The effect I'm trying to achieve is as we're watching security camera footage (I've got the grain, desaturated colors, and mosaic effects going already), but it looks too smooth. I'm looking to get that "frame doubled stutter" (for lack of a better term) look without messing up the length of the clip.
I tried interpret footage option, but that just makes the clip longer. The strobe effect wasn't good either. Any help or insights greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Ben
