I began filming about 20 years ago with a super eight film camera I bought at a second hand shop. My constant problem over the years is that I have always had more fun being part of the action than than taking the time to seriously document what was happening.
That is all about to change. Together with my wife, three young uns, what I think is a great concept and several very colourful characters we are about to embark down the road of the independant documentary maker. I have plenty to learn before the concept becomes a broadcast reality but reckon this forum and the people on it could be pretty helpful. I have been using an XL1 for about seven years but are in the market for a new HD camera.
Cheers
