I've read the FAQ, and I've scoured the site, but I can't figure out how to find threads I've posted to. Can someone help me.

Also, is there any way to automatically get email notifications for replies to my posts?

There are a few ways. The quickest is just to click on your name in a post. You immediately get a menu that includes "find more posts by..."

Or click on "Search" near the top (not the search next to the box. The one next to "New Posts"). Choose "Advanced Search". There you can search by user name and choose all your posts, or just threads you started.

To change the reply email option, click Controls (http://www.dvinfo.net/conf/usercp.php) at the top of the forum. Go down to Edit Options, underneath Settings & Options, and in the Messaging & Notification section change Default Thread Subscription Mode to whatever you like; I have mine set to Instant Notification, but there are daily and weekly options as well.
