Hi,
I was wondering is an alternate tech support existed for Cineform products, aside from opening an online ticket or posting on forum.
I find that opening a ticket is often too slow and not direct enough to solve problem in a timely manner that doesn't make me loose days of work waiting.
I'm willing to pay extra for this quicker service to avoid loosing more money waiting.
