Has anyone experienced a problem with their AJA LHe card not being detected after installing the Prospect 4K Version 4 upgrade? The driver seems to install without any errors, but HDLINK does not detected any cards. I installed the Cineform drivers in the HD directory.

To verify that my card was working... I installed the retail AJA drivers from AJA. The drivers also install without error and the card is detected with their software. AJA retail drivers were uninstalled.

Does anyone have any solutions?

Same problem with the Intensity Card and HD Link (build 213). Also is crashing file conversion process. I went back to the build 212 and now is fine again.
Hopefully David can have some inputs for us soon.

Not my area, place file a support ticket so the right people can look into it.
