My unit is second hand, and i don't have any documentation with it.

1) How can I tell what version it is? i.e. PRO/HD

-When I power on, it says FS-4 PRO.
-Under the battery the only information is : Firestore-FS-4
-Firmware is: 1.1.0.04092006PAL FS-4 PRO

The reason Im making sure it is the PRO and not just FS-4 is because I would like to upgrade to HD.. but already bought one wrong CD upgrade....https://sites.fastspring.com/focussw/instant/focussw003

2) What upgrade CD do I need? Can I download it from somewhere rather than waiting for a CD?

Contacted Focus direct who have helped me obtain the correct update for my unit.

Have to commend them for their speed and professional attitude.
