(I asked this question also for Vegas in the Vegas forum - but as I work in both Vegas and AE, I wanted to check if it existed for AE)

I was wondering if there is something similar for After Effects like there is for FCP? This plugin takes external audio (from a Zoom h4n for example) and automatically syncs it up to the audio channel of the video recording:
