Last year I updated to vegas 8 and it came with dvd architect. I never used dvd architect because I was using ulead for my menus and now would like to start using architect. Problem is I can't find or don't have the serial. It was a download update and I called Sony but they said to look on the disc and after I explained it to them things didn't get any better. Any idea on how to get this serial number so I can use what I purchased? I remember getting the email from them on the serial for vegas but don't recall getting the architect one.

Goto to Sony Creative Software site, and login to your account. You should be able to create an account using your email, if you haven't done so yet. A list of all software purchase is set forth on your account, including your Serial number for that product.
