I'm trying to get my Aspect HD 4.2.3.71 (discontinued, I know) to reactivate on my computer. I cannot get on the registration website (http://www.cineform.com/register.html) to reactivate. It keeps saying page not found!

I submitted a ticket # 611-7712418 and have heard nothing in four days. Isn't the usual turn around time 72 hours or less? Sorry If I'm jumping the gun here. I'm just trying to get my project underway. Thanks!

William, with our new website a few links changed. The old URL should be redirecting, but it seems like it is not - I'll have to check on that. The new URL for activations is Activate (http://www.cineform.com/activate.aspx).

Is the submit ticket working correctly? I also submitted a ticket a couple of days ago about a serial registration problem with a paid update. I just checked and it is still in open status. Usually support gets back to me at least by the next day.

Jake has been travelling this week so ticket response has been slower. Please hang with us for a bit. Sorry for the inconvenience.

i have given up on creating tickets. Response too slow or not getting answered.
