I couldn't find the software on the canon website.
How do I get the still images off the camera?

1. open LCD door

2. Plug USB cable in

3. Turn camera on to Play. Computer should recognize.

4. Treat as a hard drive.

Go to your local discount store / nationwide pharmacy chain and buy a Mini-SD card reader. Connect it to your computer via USB. Remove the Mini-SD card from the camcorder and insert it into the card reader. Drag and drop the files into your local hard drive. Hope this helps,
