Hi, I have XDCAM EX-1 and Blackmagic DeckLink Studio card and when i start a new project in PP CS4 i have this options for 1080p (look in attachment). I don`t understand what`s the difference between 23.976p and 24p, 29.97p and 30p.
And what is PsF, is it the same like progressive?

Please do a search for PsF and you will find it is thoroughly discussed. Here is a good start:

To answer your question your going to have to spend more time learning the basics of filming/video/television standards. Try starting here for your specific question:

24p - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/24P)

If this is still insufficient, then you will need to find some appropriate video/internet tutorials (Lynda.com, Total Training, etc.) or classes offered in your local school/university etc.

Also, given that you have found this forum suggests that you have or are considering a Sony EX camera. This camera is your best source as you can experiment/play/discover and basically "learn by doing."

Yes there is a learning curve for High Definition video, but the good news is that there is lot of training resources to help you. Have fun learning, cheers!
