Hi
I bought a microphone 'boom' stand which can suspend a mic over my subject's head, for a short film with only him as the actor and me doing everything technical and directing.
I had an idea that I could attach my G2 wireless plugin to the bottom of a good quality 'movie dialogue' microphone and then use that as my 'boom' mic?
Would anyone have any suggestions about what microphone would give a good beefy 'movie dialogue' sound for an independent production?
It would need to have the XLR-type connection so it can be attached to the Sennheiser G2 plugin.
All ideas welcome!
