Apparently Avid Media Composer now works in 3D! Is anyone using it?

It tracks the stereo pair and can output in over/under, checkerboard or individual left/right.

Basically you use MetaFuze (www.avid.com/metafuze) to create 3D proxies in over/under format (each eye half vertical resolution).

There doesn't seem to be any convergence control at all, but you can export separate EDLs afterwards for conforming the left and right eyes.
