A picture would help. Or a model number for the bodypod. Are tou talking about the arm brace thing?

There is a difference between the bodybod and the arm brace. The arm brace goes on your arm and the bodybod is like a front backpack the supports the load of the glidecam and camera.

If you would like to see pictures, go here

http://www.glidecam.com/product-body-pod.php

The bodypod is sold pending payment.

Hi David,

I just recieved your message now. I haven't received an email from you, just a message from the site indicating your response.

There is someone next week who is planning to purchase the system. How interested are you in purchasing it? I'll let you know if the transaction falls through.

Best,

Michael

I'll take the bag via Paypal if you can fit an XL1/2 inside without removing the viewfinder and lens. I believe the XL2 with 20X lens and shoulder brace is about 2.5 inches longer than an XL1 with the 16X lens.
Thanks

These legs are less than 3 months old. They are the black version of the 3046. Will hold up to 26.5 lbs. Great for study/industrial but more legs than I need, I do all field work. $190 and I pay shipping in USA. Bob Safay RSafay@aol.com

I haven't gotten a reply from my email to the question of the ballast on the diva light.. you have a link to B&H showing a universal ballast 120v/220v... so the unit has this ballast?? It makes a big price differance.

Deniz Turkmen
November 11th, 2005, 06:51 PM
The Kino Flo is NOT the universal model. I purchased it from EVS and my recipt showed the model number for the universal model. However, after further inspection, I was sent the standard model. Here is a new link:

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=258599&is=REG&addedTroughType=search

The new price is $740.

FS: Sennheiser G2 Evolution series SKP100 XLR plug-in transmitter in C-frequency.

The SKP100 is basically brand new, just bought it in a kit but I don't need it as I also have an Azden 51XT plug-in transmitter for my Azden 500UDR.

The SKP100 as you know is much cheaper if you buy in the kit form, if you don't Sennheiser jacks the price up. So this would be good opportunity for those who already have a G2 100 series wireless mic kit in the C-frequency, but not the plug-in transmitter.

Note, that this handy plug-in transmitter does NOT provide phantom power meaning it is best used for someone doing wedding or ENG work who wants to make a dynamic handheld mic wireless.

Asking $140, shipping via USPS Priority Mail included in the price.

Will accept Paypal or post office money order as payment.

Thanks.

Canon XL1 Package (standard lens with 2 extra batteries and VL-10Li light!)
$1750 + actual shipping + 3% Paypal (if applicable)

I POSTED PICTURES HERE (sorry they are not better organized--you'll have to browse through them):
http://home.pacbell.net/jkarrels/

Includes:
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
• Canon XL1 – recently sent to Canon Irvine for routine cleaning / maintenance after a documentary film shoot. Works perfectly.
• Canon 16x zoom Image Stabilized lens with both lens caps
• Canon color viewfinder (standard on the XL1)
• Canon remote control (Canon WL-D77)
• Shoulder strap (never used, still sealed in plastic)
• CA-900 Compact Power Adapter
• DC-900 DC Coupler
• Body cap
• BP-930 battery
• S-video cable
• SP-100 Should pad
• Stereo microphone
• Operating manual (PDF format)
• ADDITIONAL ITEM: Canon VL-10Li light ($65 new @ B&H)
• ADDITIONAL ITEM: TWO Canon BP-930 batteries ($150 new @ B&H)
• Note: Sorry, I do not have the hood for the included 16x IS lens, as I use the hood from the 3x wide zoom (sold separately—see my other thread).
• Condition: Very good condition. Optics are in excellent, scratch-free condition. No burned/stuck/dead/bad pixels. There is some “brassing” on parts of the rubberized surface where the camera is held. Also, a few surface scratches here and there. However, scratches obviously have no effect on the image quality. No known problems or issues.
• $1750 + actual shipping + 3% Paypal (if applicable)

Note: I will offer a full warranty against DOA on all of the above items for sale. I have perfect feedback on eBay (100% @ 132 transactions) as well as on Fredmiranda.com (for Canon 35mm stuff – another costly hobby!!). My user ID on both sites is JAKE_SF. I prefer to sell the above equipment here on DVInfo to avoid the high eBay fees.

Thanks for looking and feel free to email me with any questions.

Aloha! This video production monitor is still for sale. Deal did not go through and I didn't get to repost again since we've been busy moving into a new home/spending money on renovations. I posted details and photos earlier in the post but here they are again:

Sony PVM-8042Q (http://www.anthropophagos.com/forum/sony3.jpg)

Monitor Connections (http://www.anthropophagos.com/forum/sony1.jpg)

Monitor Controls (http://www.anthropophagos.com/forum/sony2.jpg)

And finally, photos illustrating the features of this fantastic hard case:Hard Transport Monitor Case (http://www.anthropophagos.com/forum/monitor.html).

This exact same setup is on sale now from Mr. David Riddle himself. But he is selling it for a whopping $1289.00 (http://cgi.ebay.com/SONY-PVM-8042Q-16X9-AC-DC-COLOR-VIDEO-MONITOR-NEW-CASE_W0QQitemZ7562026413QQcategoryZ21517QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem)!

I agree - that is a lot. So what do you think of a flat, even, $500 plus shipping instead? Send me an email if interested!

Figured I'd bump this.

The camera hasn't been sold yet. Again, it's in excellent shape and is a great 3CCD camera that's just a step below the GS400. It is in Japanese, but again, I do have the manual in English, which I would send with it.

The camera would come with the battery, charger, firewire cable, memory stick, and camera bag. The asking price is still $700, but I'm willing to negotiate if you'd like to offer a lower price.
