Vence Vida November 7th, 2005, 05:12 PM Sam, I have emailed you - if still available, I'll take it. Dylan Couper November 7th, 2005, 06:07 PM BUY ME!!!! Price drop to $300us/$360cdn!!! Tim Dashwood November 7th, 2005, 06:43 PM I almost hate to ask but.. Would you be willing to break it up? I'm interested in the XL2/20x/batteries and the 1.6 extender. email: drester at rustyfingers dot com Thanks Dennis If you do break it up, I might be interested in the 16x manual lens. Tim K. Forman November 7th, 2005, 07:23 PM Ya know... If you took better care of your stuff, it would sell quicker? I almost thought about it, as I could really use it on my new Rebel. Kawai Sin November 7th, 2005, 08:21 PM I'll take it for 2000. I think you got ripped off paying $4000 6 months ago. Keith Loh November 7th, 2005, 09:09 PM Good advice. Dylan, you'd better unscratch it. Meryem Ersoz November 7th, 2005, 09:24 PM i'm sorely tempted. but a scratch on the lens is kinda a deal-killer. my question is, have you used it on a video camera? or still camera only? does the magnification effect of the video camera expose the scratch due to increased magnification? or have you not tried that usage? Justin Guggenmos November 7th, 2005, 09:37 PM Right now if you bought everything new it would run you around $3200, I think $2400 is a great deal. Thats $800 off for only 10 hours of use. I have to hold out for more than $2000, but thanks for the offer :) Alecks Purifoy November 7th, 2005, 10:07 PM Hey DV dudes, im looking to pick up an older 3ccd cam to shoot an upcoming documentary about a group of suburban highschool heroin addicts. I planed on shooting this with a VX700 but i got scammed out of the deal, so now im trying to go for some thing a little higher end while i have a bit more cash. Hell, it could even be broken. or near broken.... AG-EZ1 or AG-EZ30 would be rad, because of the size.. even a TRV900 if its not too expensive. I found a VX1000 locally for 400 but the dude hasnt answered his phone in weeks (i bet he is in jail for stealing it... for that price) Ive considered the Panasonic line of 3ccd cameras, the GS-65, 120, 150 ect. But they seem just a hair out of my price range if i plan to begin filming within the next month or so.. So basically Im looking for a cheap high mileage cam, preferably 3ccd. If any one has one they want to get rid of i would love pick it up. Thanks a million. Alecks Justin Guggenmos November 7th, 2005, 10:23 PM I take that back you could get it all new for about $2800, I would take $2200 but thats as low as I can go. If thats too much I will just have to hang on to it. Dylan Couper November 8th, 2005, 12:56 AM Thanks for the (ahem) advice K&K... :P Meryem, I used it on my 10d, but if you used it on a video camera with a smaller sensor, like an XL I'm guessing, the scratch may not show up at all. Actually, the smaller sensors on the 10d and D-Rebel might not even catch the scratch at all, as it is nearer the outside of the lens, which might be why I have never found it in a photo. Hey Keith (Loh), can you check how far from the center of the lens the scratch is in relation to the outer edge? (the lens in currently in Keith's hands) Miguel Lombana November 8th, 2005, 01:01 AM Hello board, my name is David Woodland. I am an independent filmmaker from Louisville, Kentucky. I used to post on this board quite a bit but lately I've been very busy with work. Anyway, to my question. I have a Canon GL2 that I picked up exactly 2 years ago. I've probably put about 15-20 tapes through it. I really haven't used it as much as I thought I would. What would most people be interested in buying this camera for, now that there are HD cameras on the market and such? I have one more small commercial I am doing for this company here in my town, but after I am finished with that, I have no intentions of keeping the camera. My plan is to sell the camera off and put the money towards Film School. I just graduated from Louisville Technical Institute with an Associates Degree in Computer Graphic Design. Now I want to attend Film School. Okay guys and gals, let me know what you think. Thank you David Woodland David I just sold one 2 weeks ago and have another one ready to go in the coming days. I sold it on Ebay for 2000 but it included the original stock battery a new 945 battery a WD58 lens and Sign Video XLR box. Everything was (same as this one) in almost new condition, no scars or blemishes, the original lens has been covered since day 1 with the 58 and all packing is original, in short he got a brand new cam with extras for a good price. Here is link to my last auction. Miguel http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7553412052&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESO%3AIT&rd=1 Guy Bruner November 8th, 2005, 06:53 AM Alecks, I have a Panasonic DV953 (3CCD predecessor to the GS400) which needs some work on the white balance circuitry if you are interested. Andrew Petrie November 8th, 2005, 09:14 AM $3400 includes ship, anyone? Alecks Purifoy November 8th, 2005, 10:37 AM sounds awesome! ill e-mail you... but im afraid ill lowball :-( Thanks Dan Mumford November 8th, 2005, 10:39 AM I'm selling my NTSC XL2. I bought it 2/20/05 and I have the Mack 2 year warranty that starts after 2/20/06. It is transferable. I believe it costs $15.00 to transfer. This camera has been treated like a baby and is in excellent condition. I bought a UV filter at the same time and it has been in constant use. I've only got approximately 10 hours on it and it has never been used as a VTR deck. My arthritis is getting worse and it is just too much for me to lug around. Plus, I need the money for a bass boat a friend is selling. I'll take $3,300 plus shipping, and I take PayPal or escrow.com (no other escrow company) I will take a Postal Money Order or Certified check but you will wait a Lonnnnng time for them to clear my bank. I will e-mail photos upon request. I also have a Porta Brace RSXL2 Rain cover that has never been used. Selling seperately for $130.00 plus shipping. (New - $185) And a Porta Brace CC210 - PW Quick Draw Camera Case. In excellent condition, used to hold the XL2, but will fit other large cameras. Check their web site for complete list. I paid $329.95, will sell for $260.00 plus shipping. I also have an Anton Bauer Hytron 50 battery, Titan 70 charger/power supply, and AB QRXL2 mounting bracket that goes on the XL 2. I bought it as a package deal from B&H (It was included with the XL2 and the package currently sells for $4,899.95) I'll take $650.00 for the three pieces. This is a $929.85 value at B&H. Will send photos upon request. E-mail me at dmum69(AT)aol.com Thanks, Dan Keith Loh November 8th, 2005, 11:12 AM You didn't tell me it had a scratch! Heh. Just kidding. I will check it when I get home tonight. Colin McAuliffe November 8th, 2005, 11:36 AM Hi there, I have a CK69ULS and a C480b preamp that have never been used. I'd love to sell them or even better trade them as I already have a set. Right now I'm looking for either a mixer/ boompole combo, a mattebox for a dvx100, or a field monitor. However I'm open to pretty much anything as I already have one of these setups. The CK69 ULS is a great mic, It's a 2 piece, so you can take the front capsule off to convert it from a long shotgun to a short one. The C480b allows for interchangeable capsules so you can base your whole audio system off of it. Comes complete with cases, paperwork and 2 windscreens. List price on B&H is around 1800 dollars, however I will let it go for ALOT less than that. Like I said, I'd rather trade it. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=128248&is=REG&addedTroughType=search http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=128242&is=REG&addedTroughType=search Feel free to email me. Colinmcauliffe@yahoo.com Yi Fong Yu November 8th, 2005, 12:24 PM !This is now SOLD! Dennis Rester November 8th, 2005, 12:55 PM bump I'll take the whole kit. email sent. Dennis Eric Brown November 8th, 2005, 01:09 PM Jon, I sent you a personal e-mail. Let me know on the boards if you got it and want to get the item. Thanks. Vence Vida November 8th, 2005, 01:10 PM Colin, The B&H list price that you quote is actually significantly higher than what they charge you when you call and order. The final price for both pieces with cases and windscreens is just over $1,400. No offense Colin, but since you are unknown and this is your very first post on this forum, I just want to make sure all the information is here. Craig Hudak November 8th, 2005, 01:47 PM I should probably give some backstory on why I want to sell my baby. I first found out about the GS100K from this board when I was originally looking to purchase a camera. Now, my financial aid for school has dried up and I need to finish one last semester. In order to afford that I need to sell my camera. I also haven't used it much at all, in fact, in the time I've owned it, I used it for maybe a few hours. It's in mint condition. The only fault to it is the adapter used to recharge the batteries. The recharge function works. The function that doesn't work is the feature to plug it into the camera to power the camera from an outlet. As you can see in the title, it's a Panasonic NV-GS100K. You can some information on it here: http://www.camcorderinfo.com/content...p-06-09-03.htm There's also more info about this camera in the Panasonic Assistant series threads. You can also email me at bankholdx@comcast.net for even more information. This will ship with the box and any accessories and manuals that came with the camera. I also printed out the manual for the Panasonic DV953 as it's functionally the same, but the GS100K is a better model and a step below the GS400. I'm asking $700 plus S&H. E-mail me or post here if you wish to purchase or work out another offer. Jon Omiatek November 8th, 2005, 03:50 PM Jon, I sent you a personal e-mail. Let me know on the boards if you got it and want to get the item. Thanks. I didn't get it. Email jon@trulux.com Colin McAuliffe November 8th, 2005, 04:45 PM oops, sorry about that, I forgot that they had the whole "email me a lower price" thing going on. I'm not looking to get anywhere near that number, I'd really rather trade it for something I need, but if no one is interested in that, I'd sell it for super cheap. It really is a great mic setup, I use my other ck69 set all the time and it gets a nice clean sound. I realize I'm a new guy here and I don't want to piss anyone off. Sorry. -Colin Lou Bruno November 9th, 2005, 07:54 AM Heck.....my VX and my dog were more loyal than my first wife. Hugh DiMauro November 9th, 2005, 08:49 AM $2,400 for the above. Or Best Offer. Great deal here for a budding college filmmaker. Dennis Rester November 9th, 2005, 09:20 AM Hugh, I've offered to purchase Martys XL2 package but haven't heard anything so he could have changed his mind, I don't know. If he has changed his mind, I'll take your XL1s. I can't say 100% for sure yet though until I hear from Marty. 2400 is a great deal for what you are selling BTW. Obviously if someone else comes along then sell the camera to them. Thanks Dennis Tommy Haupfear November 9th, 2005, 09:49 AM Craig, I tried emailing you but got a bounce-back. Got another email address? Hugh DiMauro November 9th, 2005, 10:39 AM Dear Dennis: Thank you for your reply. Yeah, it kind of is a good price especially since I'm no shyster and the stuff works flawlessly. When I purchased the XL1s I thought I would be changing lenses like I chain my underwear. Apparently, that wasn't the case and besides, it makes a better movie/documentary making camera then a wedding videography camera.. Oh well. But to sweeten the deal I threw in all the extras. So you are on the top of my list. Reach out if and when you are ready. Where are you located? Marty Hudzik November 9th, 2005, 10:56 AM Dennis, I never got your email......can you resend or did you send me a private message via dvinfo? Kenny Emeson November 9th, 2005, 01:30 PM Wish I have the cash to get the second kit. Is that the final price on it? Vence Vida November 9th, 2005, 01:49 PM Deniz, email sent. Kenny Emeson November 9th, 2005, 01:59 PM Is this item still available? Deniz Turkmen November 9th, 2005, 02:04 PM $1200 is as low as I can go on the ARRI kit. Hugh DiMauro November 9th, 2005, 02:20 PM Good luck and enjoy your newfound equipment. Hope another budding filmmaker thinks my price is good! Okay folks, I'm still here. David Kidd November 9th, 2005, 06:35 PM Is the system still for sale? I tried to email you but am not sure it made it to you David Kidd November 9th, 2005, 06:36 PM Is the system still for sale? I tried to email you but am not sure it made it to you Jun Tang November 9th, 2005, 06:38 PM I PM for the Kinos. Or e-mail me at jun@koolwebb.com Eugene Kim November 9th, 2005, 06:46 PM FS: Sennheiser G2 Evolution series SKP100 XLR plug-in transmitter in C-frequency. The SKP100 is basically brand new, just bought it in a kit but I don't need it as I also have an Azden 51XT plug-in transmitter for my Azden 500UDR. The SKP100 as you know is much cheaper if you buy in the kit form, if you don't Sennheiser jacks the price up. So this would be good opportunity for those who already have a G2 100 series wireless mic kit in the C-frequency, but not the plug-in transmitter. Note, that this handy plug-in transmitter does NOT provide phantom power meaning it is best used for someone doing wedding or ENG work who wants to make a dynamic handheld mic wireless. Asking $140, shipping via USPS Priority Mail included in the price. Will accept Paypal or post office money order as payment. Thanks. dudewaba@aol.com Eugene Kim November 9th, 2005, 06:56 PM I have a like new Fostex MR-8 recorder for sale. This operates off either AA batteries or can be plugged into a wall. It's portable, and has two xlr inputs. Comes with a 128mb compact flash card which it records onto. Record 16bit, 44.1khz uncompressed wav files for high quality sound, but it's not ideal for sync work on say your feature film which you'll be shooting with you camera which operates at 48khz. However, I think where this will really shine is for recording voice over or ambient sound or what not and transferring it directly to your computer via USB just like you would say your digital camera. I also printed out the manual for you. If you buy it, I'll aslo include a set of AKG K-301 Xtra headphones. These baby blue headphones not only offer a high-quality, natural sound (they sell for $109-119 online); they are also unbelieavably comfortable for headphones in my opinion. They are the only headphones I've worn where I feel like I could wear them all day and not mind. They're extremely plush all the way around and most importantly do NOT suffocate your ears. If you wanted a comfortable set of editing headphones, these are what I'd use. Price: $150, shipping via USPS Priority Mail included in the price. Thanks, dudewaba@aol.com Brian Doyle November 9th, 2005, 07:51 PM how much for all the grip Equipment? Can you do a packge deal for all of it? Brian Doyle November 9th, 2005, 07:55 PM I hate to say it but everyone's in love with the XL2s. You might have some trouble. Drop me a email with your phone number and maybe we can talk. I have a very good friend that is looking for a used camera. I have a XL-1s myself and feel we might be able to work a deal out. doyle@nomadimagefilms.com Brian Doyle November 9th, 2005, 07:57 PM Is that price firm? |
