Andrew, would you be able to pick up the lens from a U.S. address? The seller does not want to deal with the shipping and duty headaches created by going over the border. He is in New York, not too terribly far away from you, relatively speaking.

Just wondering if you still have the camera. I know it was months ago.

Also, I'm more curious as to what YOU do. I'm shooting a movie in Cape Breton this summer and I need equipment & crew. Send me an email at contact@bradmills.ca

Thanks!

Yes, you read right. I bought this XL2 through Dell only a few months ago. Never really had the time to mess with it. I didn't even finish 1 tape! I love this camera! I used the Panansonic MQ tape. Everything like new in its original packaging. I'm selling due to a new business venture. I won't have anytime for shooting in the coming months anyways so why let it sit for. I'll even throw in the Pelican 1620 case that i bought at EVS and 4 extra MQ tapes that i won't need. I'm located in the Los Angeles area.

$4300 plus shipping. Still has warranty for another 10 months!

I babied this camera, always in the case never outside!

PM me if you have any questions.

HEY!!! When I picked up my very first XL1 brand new in the retail box and assembled all the pieces, I loaded in a tape and outside I merrily went with the great intention of testing this great new toy out but then to my utter shock and dismay ... it only performed at 100%.

What in blazes did he ship with your cam to get it to do 101? One of the girls from GGW?

I jest.

I have invested $30,000+ over the last five years in an attempt to move into video production. I've had enough. I took my first vacation in five years yesterday and not lugging an XL-1 or DVX-100 around, like I did in Costa Rica, Belize and Honduras, was a real blessing.

I dumped the XL-1 a year ago and now it is time to sell the DVX-100. Right now they are selling on ebay for around $2,300 to $2,500. My DVX is in great working order and has seen minimal use. For the approximate price of $2,450 I am including all standard accessories as well as two additional Lenmar 2300 mah batteries as well as a Panasonic 2800 mah battery. This camera absoluetly rocks and I hate to let it go but it is time to be rational. I am not cut our for video production so the DVX has to go.

PM me if interested. I have great feedback at ebay, gregmatty111 is my handle.

Greg

Do you have a link to the product from bhphotovideo.com?

Anita Hu
January 23rd, 2005, 02:45 PM
Eric,

Unfortunately, it ssems that Sennheiser has come out with a newer model the 122. And it looks as if they do not carry the 100 anymore. Therefore, I cannot find a link to provide you with. What I can offer you is the model number :SEEW100ENGA. Also, it was purchased from B&H a little under a year ago.

Please let me know if you have any more questions or wish to purchase it.

Thanks.

I see most of the DVX's selling for $2,400 to 2,500 have more accessories included in the price so I am lowering mine to $2,300.

This is not a DVX-100A. I probably have about 50 hours on the camera, but if there is a way to verify it, let me know and I'll get you the total hour count.

Hi,

I have a used, 3 CCD, broadcast quality Sony TRV900 for sale. I bought it new from B&H Photo for roughly $3000.00 + taxes and am looking at selling for around $1500 or best offer. A Sony wide angle lens and a Hoya circular polarizing filter are included.

It's in good condition that has not been used all that much. There is only one small scratch on the back of the LCD door.

Email me if you're interested and I'll send you some photos if you want.

I have a Titan Twin charger and (2) Digtial Trim Pac 14's that I am not currently using. The setup was purchased together through ZOTZ (one of the site sponsors) a little over 2 years ago. Very limited use on batteries, just used mostly to power camera light and occasionaly my XL1s when I needed extended run times. I dont shoot on camera lights anymore, I went to slow shutter speeds so I dont use the batteries anymore.

I also have the Anton Bauer uni-pac battery belt that I will include plus the NRG battery adapter for the canon xl1 that the uni-pac plugs into. so now you can power your xl1 for hours and hours!

$600 for the whole package (+ shipping)

all items are in immaculate condition with no scratches or any visible signs of wear. charger never left my home studio and batteries were always transported in a padded case.

call chris @ 919.451.9110 if you are interested.

On ebay auctions, not that I know I should be mentioning this I think? I've seen most trv900's go for sale for around $1,000 dollars and some even as cheap as $700.00

Hello everyone,

I'm looking to purchase a camera for a couple of projects that I'm currently involved in. I'd like to get something in the range of a GL1 or 2, VX2000 or 2100 or a Panasonic DVC30. Of course, greater cameras would also grab my interest, but I'm looking into a price range of $1-2,000, depending on what's available/condition/quality and so on.

So, if anyone is looking to upgrade their camera, and wants to sell off an older one, please email me (mdrushane@yahoo.com).

Thanks for any interest in this thread.

Maikutis (call me mike).
