What:Canon XL2 with all accessories and a solid Pelican case
Where: Dallas, Texas
When: Whenever

The Camera is...

Mint condition, purchased on December 12th and only used for about 6 hours total.

I am selling becase...

I am moving to LA to pursue a career as a TV writer. I can't sleep on my camera, and it won't help me get on staff with a TV show, so I'm looking to sell it.

Why I won't sell it for five bucks...

I'm not desperate for cash, I can avoid playing Texas Hold-'em on partypoker.com and drink Bud light instead of Guiness, but I'd just as soon have a bankroll as not once I get there.

Brass tacks...

You can pick up the camera for $4,500 (plus tax) new afaik. I'll take $4,000 for an almost new camera, and I'll throw in a brand new Bogen Manfrotto 3051 Tripod and 3130 head for the even four large (plus case). New this all would cost around $5,000 or so. Depending on sales tax, etc.

You don't buy a car without a test drive, so why should you buy a camera that costs as much as a small car without a test drive.

If you're interested and within striking distance of Dallas, you can come test drive it.

Just give me a call or post here with preferred contact method.

I forgot to list one more thing about the cam. When I purchased it I also purchased the extended service plan from Fry's Electronics.

The extended service plan covers everything the warrant covers for an extra year, I believe. Additionally, Fry's handles everything if the camera has to be sent to the manufacturer. Additionally you get one free cleaning for what that's worth.

The ESP cost around 200 bucks I believe, and is, of course, included in the price quoted above. Since the camera was purchased under my name, I believe any buyer would need to keep track of my original receipt (which comes with the cam if you buy it). So if you're disorganized and lose things, this might not be that much of a sweetener.

I'm looking for a Bogen 501 fluid head with low end legs, as long as they will work with the 501.

After viewing older threads selling these items, I'd be willing to pay around $250 for the set.

Hi, I have a Beachtek DXA-8 that was replaced with a new one under warranty on January 21, *2005* (typo, said 2004 originally, was replaced THIS year).

It's been sitting in its original packaging and bubble wrap since then. It comes with its manual and is still under warranty for many more months.

I blew out the levels on it by forgetting to turn on the in-camera mic-attenuator and letting someone handle the mic with bare hands which is why I got it replaced under warranty.

This is a brand new unit in original packaging and a great chance to save a few dollars over a new one (bought this in-store from B&H on a shoot in New York for $399 total with tax this past October).

Price: $300 shipping via USPS Priority Mail included in price.

Thanks.

Greetings,
I have two cases (50 tapes per case) of Panasonic AY-DVM63PQ tapes that I purchased for projects that i have not used. I would like to offer them here for $175 per case before i put them on ebay.

one of the cases is completely un-opened. the other is opened, but NONE of the tapes or boxes inside have been opened.

I would prefer to only sell them by the case and payment thru paypal.

I'll take care of shipping - USPS ground.

email me direct at: flacaproductions@aol.com

thanks!
Brian

Hello

I have a mint condition cnetury precision optics WA .65 lens that features full zoom through capability (no vignetting at any portion of the zoom) as well as a bayonette mount. I have used this on my pd170 as well as the vx2000 so it will also work on the vx2100, pd150 or other camcorders with similiar mounting size. Brand new it was worth $450US, but price have since come down (@ B&H) to $349.95US plus shipping. I will sell this one for $260US shipped. I have pics upon request. You can reach me via email or at home/work @ 905.935.7713.

Also need to mention that I am located in Canada, so shipping to the US or Canada is inlcluded and there will be no taxes to either location. Outside of North America has to pay the difference in shipping and I can make no claims regarding taxes.

You may get more luck appealing to those xl1 guys. The xl 2 is almost too new to even have used lenses. I had to finally break down and drop the 1200 for it. If you plan on shooting anything in rooms even remotely closed quartered, you can't live without it. It is a good lens. Somewhwere on this site, are some pictures taken with it with some good explanations about the pictures themselves.

I originally purchased this camera about 9 months ago. No more than a maximum of 5 hours of use. I mostly used this camera for documenting a few local church events. The camera has always had proper maintainence and care throughout its use, it is also Cosmectically Perfect. Also the camera has ALWAYS had a UV filter to ensuring you get a optically perfect lens. I will include as listed:

*Sony VX2100 3 CCD camera*

-Beachtek DXA-4 XLR adapter
-.5x Wide-angle Lens (fish-eye)
-Camera Battery Charger (Sony Brand OEM)
-3hr Sony Lithium-Ion Battery
-8hr Lithium-Ion battery (hardly used)
-128mb Memory stick
-Monster AV cable
-1394 Firewire Cable (4to6 pin)
-Sony Camera strap
-Camera Remote
-Audio Technica XLR cable (15ft)
-Aluminum Hardcase (with a foam cut-out interior)

I am asking $2100usd. If anyone has any questions feel free to contact me via email. picture posted soon SORRY!

Best regards,
Chris Kiker ( fourthree@gmail.com )
