With my Imac Core2Duo 2,4 I have no problems importing SxS cards.
On the desktop of my MacBook Pro 17" 2,16 GHz Core Duo the SxS cards show up but I cannot import them - neither with Clip Browser nor with Log and Transfer. Why? Anybody using older Core Duo-macs without problems?

It should be no problem at all.

Try re-installing the XDCAM Transfer software.

i believe you'll need the SxS driver as well.
