Does anyone here have or use any of the sound effects CDs? Any comments on quality or price? Anyone know if you buy the sound fx, do you get to use them in whatever you want royalty free?

yes i have several of their cd's (Sound Designers Toolkit 1-5)... Expensive but amazing quality. I would use these for a major production any day
