What are some of your favorite Flash sites and/or film or filmmaker or production company sites?

The Macromedia Flash Showcase isn't that great really...all the sites are very commercial. I want to see some really artistic examples, preferably Flash...but not limited to that... for anything DV or film-related. I've found some, but I know there must be a more artistic showcase out there somewhere. Any ideas? Or any individual URLs?

The FlashForward2004 conference and film fest is Mar 3-5 in San Francisco. There are about 60 flash movies competing, which you can see if you go to http://flashforward2004.com and click on the finalists link under the film festival menu.
