Has anyone ever used any of the lenses from Kaya Optics? Do they work as they say?

I am often trying to get shots of celebrities that are behind tinted glass in limousines, can't imagine those filters actually doing what they say. Anyone have any firsthand experience?

Can you give us a link directly to the manufacturer or somewhere with the specs on these?
