View Full Version : EOS-1Ds and firewire John Jay February 6th, 2004, 07:27 PM EOS-1Ds apparently has a firewire 1394 port is this just used for dumping stills or in monitor mode does it deliver video if so at what resolution? has anyone tried running it to a NLE? The FW connection is for downloading images but also for remotely controlling the camera. In a studio setting, you can have the camera hooked up to your computer, shoot an image directly from the camera, download the image instantly, and review it at 100%. V |
