Can I use one camcoder as a remote monitor for another camcorder? Specifically, using an old Sony PC7 to see what's being shot by a TRV900?

Power up your PC7 into VTR mode. That oughta do it. John Dunn January 28th, 2004, 11:46 AM Thanks. I wasn't sure.....not having used my camera for so long and not having another one to attach it to. Glenn Chan January 28th, 2004, 10:53 PM How would you do the cabling? Chris Hurd January 28th, 2004, 11:11 PM Glenn, if I understand your question, all you do is connect the two cams together by plugging in each end of a FireWire cable in to the FireWire jacks on the camcorders. They're bi-directional jacks, and the cable carries video and audio together. If I misunderstood your question, please let me know. |
