Greetings all. I'm brand new to this forum, thank you for having me. Here's my problem: The camera will simply not power up! Either on A.C. or on fully charged batteries - absolutely nothing happens when I turn the dial. Can anyone help?

Sounds like you need to send it in for service, Jim. As close as you are to New Jersey, I think the Jamesburg facility is the best course of action. Contact info on the Watchdog, page: "The XL1 Skinny."
