I went to the dvcreators site and was impressed. They seemed to have everything and had gotten kudos here.

Unfortunately, of the 4 filters I ordered in early december, only one arrived, after nearly 3 weeks.

My credit card, however, was promptly charged for two of the four filters.

I have made three phone calls to dvcreators.net. The last call I made M. told me they had been shipped on the 1/12 and that "I should have gotten them by now" (1/15). She said she would call Fed X and call me right back.

It's now 1/23 and I've neither heard from her or received a package. I'm a little pissed. And I'm disappointed because I had hoped I had found I good one stop resource.

I want to report my experience, and I also am half hoping that someone here knows someone there and might say:

Hey! Give this lady her stuff or refund her money!

Invoice #00020218 by the way.

PS: M is always as nice as can be. Short-handed??

I always got the impression from them that the actual parts they sell were a tad overpriced. They seem to have good info about production though... Sorry for your bad experience.

I have had no problem with them. And if you look at their Lowel DV Creator lighting kits, you'll see that they are priced lower than Lowel themselves has them priced. I don't know about any of their other products, just these.

They should (and should have) be able to give you the FEDEX Tracking Number. I tend to stick with the reputable companies. I'm not saying this company is not but why go 'in search of' when there is a whole list of sponsor companies that have proven over and over to be of high standards and service?

For what its worth, sorry your experience is not a good one.
