I just saw the clip where some one shot using the XHHA1 at 1080 60i, with the
vividRGB preset. I've never used the presets beforw and was wondering if this is something that has to be keye in or is it the pre-set thats already loaded on the camera when you get it. The footage looked GREAT!. ALso I was wondering how this preset works for weddings in low light situations?

Never used it in dark reception (or ceremony) location.
Only used for outdoor weddings.
I love the preset, but it's a bit too dark for low light situation.

Hi Kevin do a search for XHA1 presets there are a whole load of them which you can download and load them onto your memory card.

Is it possible to apply this preset on the Canon 5D Mark II DSRL? I've just seen a wonderful video on Vimeo that was shot using these parameters and I was wondering if I could do the same on the 5D.

It's nice for weddings because it really makes colors pop, and that is usually what clients like to see in videos is bright and colorful imagery. However, for the cinema or narrative work, VividRGB is a poor preset because it does not accurately represent the colors that are actually there. You're better off shooting with the Panalook or Panavision or DVXmatch presets and then color correcting in post.
