Can someone help this fellow? My name is Steve Andon, I was referred to you as the MX expert by Chad Scowcroft; I bought his used MX3000 cam. I also just signed up for the DVInfo forum (I'm a novice with this cam).
I had just one question I am hoping you can help me with: Getting still photos uploaded to my PC from the cam. (Up until now I've always uploaded digital photos using a regular still cam with a USB cable, so the cam just immediately shows up as a device on the PC; this is apparently not as simple.)
I have a firewire cable plugged in and have followed the english PDF to set the camera the way I want it, and have taken a couple pics. Now how do I get the darn things up to my PC?? Do I need special software? Would you be so kind as to point me in the right direction?
Thanks!!!!!
