Long time lurker, first time poster.. so please be nice :)

I'm having workflow problems and can't seem to work it why I am having so much de-interlacing on exports from fcp [6.0.4].

I'm hoping to stream on a weblog videos embedding them using Vimeo so if someone has a cracking idea, please do let me know!
