Help!
I just got done a shoot doing 720/24p to the Firestore shooting to Quicktime PN. I copied the clips over and almost all played fine, except for two clips. The showed up in Finder as just the Q symbol for Quicktime and no thumbnail with a photo from the clip. When I click on it won't open and says "...is not a movie file". It's confusing, b/c I have seen QT do this before, but only when the file was like 4KB. Here the file is 1.86 GB, but I cannot open it. I ran the repair clip, function and it fixed one of the 2 clips, but not the important one. I also ran disk repair, but that didn't help.
Has anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestions? If I send the Firestore back to Focus can they fix it?
