Any opinions here from users of one or both of these? Anyone ever used that bowed white "softlight diffuser" that's available for the Paglight? Any other lights similar to this that I should consider? Thanks

I cant speak to the micro or pag, using a mini fill with dimmer and ul-2 right now. I love the mini fill with dimming capabilities, and if your using xl1/s or that size its a good choice.

If its a smaller camera get the micro but get a dimmer model if available its a little more but considering your using more expensive batteries etc its not that much and is worth it for the dimmer.

Love the paglight. Just bright enough and the diffuser stops it being dazzling when filming wedding receptions.

Colvin, which diffuser are you referring to here? The one that comes with the two barndoors and the daylight filter, or are you referring to that curved accessory one that clips onto the front of the barndoors? What wattage do you use at receptions?
