I guess I can only start by saying thanks to Chris for his work on the Watchdog, it's been a great help over the past few years.

OK, my 15 seconds, since 98 I've been traveling and shooting snowboarding, first photos then in 99 I bought an XL1, and spent a winter chasing my friends down mountains with it. At the end of the season, I crashed(without my camera) and blew my shoulder, so now I find myself in Japan shooting surfing, skateboarding and the like.

I use the XL1, and a system based around a Pinnacle DV500 to put everything togeather. After a couple of years shooting for others, I'm currently working on my first full production as Afterburner DV.

Huge props to Chris and everyone for all the useful info and not just bitching like most boards around.

Good luck, may you be the next Warren Miller. I love his skiing/snowboarding films.

Maybe will see you're work on ESPN or the Action Network.

Not in the States, but hopefully soon I'll be doing lots of work with skaters from Europe, the US, Japan and Australia. No details as yet but keep your fingers crossed. If what I want to do comes off and you guys have some stuff to contribute, it'd be more than welcome.
