Does anyone know what breakaway cable Sam Mallory is using on this BnH demo vid?

Trew's Remote Audio makes some very good quality breakaways

I like the Remote Audio power distribution box he has. Never seen one of those before. Thanks for posting this.

I'm very curious and really would like to see how he powers his wireless receivers, that are using AA batteries, with this Remote Audio power distribution box.

You can't. The G2s aren't built for external power.

I don't exactly how he does it, but the camera guy I work with all the time has his Sennheiser wireless units hooked in to his battery eliminator distribution box. So it certainly can be done. Maybe Trew or Location Sound or somebody has the skinny on it.

There is (or used to be) a external power module that replaces the battery door/ batt. compartment, much like the Senn. re-chargeable batt pack. Can't remember the part #, but Sennheiser did make it.

I wonder if there is a similar solution for an AT transmitter? That would be great for sending a wireless scratch track to the camera.
