Hi all

I have NTSC mini DV tape I want to convert it to PAL format
My Canon XL1s is PAL & I have Sony DSR-25 (NTSC&PAL)

Can I convert it direct from the (Sony DSR-25) to XL1s via IEEE 1394 ?
OR
How can I convert it to PAL using my NLE (matrox RT.x100 & Adobe Premiere) ? or if ther is a software make this convert.

Usually you can access the different Codec's for PAL and NTSC by exporting the footage as one standard and importing it as another. QuickTime will do this. Generally, software conversions are not of high enough quality for my uses. Your mileage may vary.
