1. With neoscene after it is converted is the picture as good as m2t files.

2. when rendered for DVD is the quality as good as native hdv?

3. will a two ghtz laptop with a dual in it be able to process it?

1) in some ways it is better, as the we upconvert 4:2:0 to 4:2:2

2) Normal the CineForm produced DVD is better if you needed any multi-layer rendering (native M2T rendering doesn't hold up as well) otherwise you will not seeing any difference.

3) Yes, better than native m2t for sure.

Dale, FYI, Cineform's official line has been your lincense is for a single maching in principle, but that have been allowing two intallations, in practice. That means you have been able to apply for a key for each of two machines on a single serial number. Take care if you want to change installed machines to go through the deinstallation process in order to make the change to another machine. If you have a crash or something, they will work with you too. Knowing your work, I think you will love this process. I have been working with Cineform for quite a while now, and it certainly helps speed up the editing process.

Like software from many companies, you are officially licensed for one copy. But many of us, CineForm included allow a second activation for exactly the reason you are asking about. Just go to our activation page Activate (http://www.cineform.com/activate.aspx) and go through a second activation just like the first, but use the System Code from you laptop this time.
